When I opened my tailor shop in 1985, I never imagined how many wonderful people would walk through my door over the years. You came in as clients, but so many of you became friends. Some of you have been with me since the very beginning. You trusted me with your wedding dresses, your special occasions, your favorite clothes, and sometimes with garments that held memories far more precious than their fabric. I have watched your families grow, celebrated your weddings and special occasions, helped you get ready for important moments, and shared countless conversations, stories, laughs, and, yes, sometimes a few tears.
I have always believed that the smallest details matter. I have tried to bring that same care and precision to every garment I have touched. But the greatest part of my work was never the clothes. It was the people wearing them. I came to this country with a needle, thread, hard work, and a dream. You have allowed me to do what I love for four decades, and you have given me a life filled with purpose and creativity.
As I close my shop, I do so with a full heart. I will miss seeing you, hearing your stories, and making sure that everything fits just perfectly. Thank you for choosing me, trusting me, supporting my small business, and allowing me to be a part of your lives. I will carry the memories of all of you with me into this next chapter.
